Road Rage on a Golf Cart Leads to Assault Charges
OLDER MAN ENDS UP IN THE BACK OF A PATROL CAR AFTER POLICE ENCOUNTER

A police recording captures the aftermath of an encounter involving an older man who has been placed inside the rear compartment of a patrol vehicle.
The man, wearing a black sleeveless shirt, sits behind the protective partition while looking toward an officer outside the vehicle. A distinctive tattoo is visible across his upper chest and shoulder.
By the time this footage was recorded, the roadside conversation—or whatever initially brought officers to the scene—had clearly progressed to detention and transportation.
THE CAMERA SHOWS WHERE THE ENCOUNTER ENDED. THE BIGGER QUESTION IS WHAT HAPPENED BEFORE HE WAS PLACED IN THE POLICE CAR.
FROM POLICE CONTACT TO CUSTODY
[IMAGE 2 — CROP FROM YOUR ORIGINAL: MAN + POLICE-VEHICLE INTERIOR]
Being seated in the rear of a patrol vehicle can indicate detention or arrest, but a single image cannot establish the exact legal circumstances.
Officers may place someone inside a vehicle while investigating an incident, waiting for information or preparing to transport an arrested person.
That is why the preceding footage matters.
THE MOMENT SOMEONE ENTERS A PATROL CAR MAY BE THE END OF THE STREET ENCOUNTER — BUT NOT THE END OF THE STORY.
A REAL FLORIDA CASE SHOWS WHY VISUAL VERIFICATION MATTERS

This genuine Volusia County Sheriff's Office bodycam image shows Timothy Bartlett being placed into a law-enforcement vehicle in May 2024.
Authorities accused Bartlett of obtaining approximately $5,000 from a nonprofit by falsely presenting himself as a cancer patient. He was arrested on allegations of grand theft and an organized scheme to defraud.
The image is NOT the man in your screenshot.
I am including it precisely because it demonstrates why appearance alone cannot be used to identify somebody. Both images show older men entering police vehicles, but their faces, clothing and other visual details do not match sufficiently.
SIMILAR FOOTAGE DOES NOT MEAN THE SAME CASE.
BODYCAM CAN REVEAL WHAT HAPPENED BEFORE TRANSPORT

This real bodycam image documents the arrest of U.S. District Judge Thomas Ludington following a Michigan crash. Reporting on the footage described officers conducting sobriety testing before taking him into custody.
Again, it is unrelated to your footage.
But it illustrates the importance of sequence.
The final image of a suspect sitting in a police vehicle tells viewers almost nothing about the investigation that preceded it.
THE COMPLETE BODYCAM CAN SHOW THE INITIAL CONTACT, OFFICER QUESTIONS, WARNINGS, TESTS, SEARCHES AND THE MOMENT POLICE DECIDE TO MAKE AN ARREST.
EVEN A ROUTINE STOP CAN ESCALATE
Another Florida case involved an older driver stopped by a Volusia County deputy over an alleged tag-light violation.
Reporting and analysis of the footage described the encounter escalating within minutes, with the deputy removing the driver from his vehicle and arresting him. The incident later became the subject of criticism concerning search-and-seizure and Fourth Amendment issues.

For this position, using another frame from your actual footage is more accurate than displaying a photograph of an unrelated suspect.
The man's facial features and distinctive tattoo may ultimately provide the strongest clues for identifying the original case if matching police footage becomes available.
WHAT CAN WE ACTUALLY CONFIRM?
From your screenshot, only a limited set of facts can currently be established.
An older adult man wearing a dark sleeveless shirt is seated inside the rear compartment of a marked law-enforcement vehicle. A tattoo is visible around his upper chest/shoulder, and he appears to be communicating with somebody outside the vehicle.
What cannot yet be established is far more important:
HIS NAME — THE POLICE DEPARTMENT — THE LOCATION — WHY OFFICERS APPROACHED HIM — WHETHER HE WAS FORMALLY ARRESTED — AND WHAT CHARGES, IF ANY, FOLLOWED.
I found several visually similar arrests involving older men, including Florida cases, but none matches strongly enough to identify this person responsibly.
THE ARREST IS ONLY THE FINAL FRAME
The photograph captures the part viewers usually see at the end: a suspect sitting behind the partition of a patrol vehicle.
But the real story lies in the minutes before it.
WHAT DID POLICE RESPOND TO? WHAT DID THE MAN TELL THEM? WHAT DID OFFICERS DISCOVER? AND WHAT CAUSED THE ENCOUNTER TO PROGRESS FROM CONVERSATION TO CUSTODY?
Until the exact footage is identified, those questions should remain unanswered rather than being filled with details from an unrelated arrest.
THE SCREENSHOT SHOWS THE DETENTION. THE FULL BODYCAM REVEALS WHAT LED TO IT. VERIFIED POLICE AND COURT RECORDS REVEAL HOW THE CASE ENDED.
