Authorities described Hawk as disoriented and argumentative while sitting in the driver's seat.

When a trooper requested her driver's license, Hawk allegedly first handed over a restaurant card. After being asked again, she reportedly produced a credit card.

According to WESH, Hawk told troopers she was trying to reach State Road 528 and claimed she believed operating the golf cart on I-95 was legal.
