That could be consistent with PROPERTY INVENTORY, EVIDENCE HANDLING, BOOKING OR ANOTHER POST-DETENTION PROCEDURE.

However, the screenshot does not provide enough information to determine exactly which process is taking place.

THE GLOVES AND WORKSTATION ARE CLUES — NOT PROOF OF WHAT THE OFFICER IS HANDLING.

THE SECOND PERSON APPEARS TO BE UNDER POLICE SUPERVISION

For example, the family of Leon Davis filed a $50 million claim against Federal Way after Davis died following prolonged police restraint at a Washington hospital in March 2026. That case bears no visual resemblance to this footage.

Likewise, former Georgia judge Christina Peterson filed a $50 million lawsuit following her 2024 Atlanta arrest.
